Returns and exchanges will be accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL original tags attached. Exchanges and returns will be accepted by mail within 14 business days of receipt of purchase. Please follow the return/exchange instructions below. Shipping & Handling fees excluded.

Shipping & Delivery Times
We keep shipping charges as low as possible and don't use shipping as a hidden way to increase profit. We are using U.S.P.S. insured mail or insured registered mail for all our shipments. Any additional duties and taxes on international shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. Our products ship 7-10 days...even custom orders! It take 3 - 5 business days to process your order and 2 - 5 days for shipping depending on your shipping option.

International shipping is accepted and take 1-2 weeks to ship following processing of order. An international shipping fee of $25 will be charged.
A Sales Tax of 4.166% will be charged for purchases shipped within the State of Hawaii. All other destinations are free of tax.
Holiday Extended Return Policy
Holiday and Seasonal theme merchandise will be allowed for returns 14 days after the calender Holiday date (i.e. Christmas merchandise can be returned for entire refund up to 14 days after December 25th).
You must receive a return authorization number from our customer service and proof of purchase must accompany returned item. Please Email us for your return authorization request. You will then be email instructions for returning your merchandise.
For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. ReggaeRastaHawaii.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, ReggaeRastaHawaii.com will reimburse the return shipping charges.
